While beach blondes was quite pleased to accept the request it did rather concern me as to whether I had enough experience to fill that amount of time with enough distinct poses given that this was a more proper and educational group than the previous sessions I'd done.
This would then lead to a short break to be followed by just one seated pose lasting for the remainder of the session of about 50 minutes.
This at least gave me a chance to consider what I should do and also a chance to test out a couple poses at home while timing myself to discover how long I could hold them. While not necessarily an issue for the seated poses, the more dynamic standing poses can prove to be difficult and at times even painful with arms and or legs held in unusual locations for any duration of time starting to hurt or cramp up.

The session must have been a success as, before I left the studio that afternoon, the tutor had requested me to return for two more sessions a month later.
Fortunately I had several art books and also scoured the net to find a great number distinct poses that I really could use, so I managed to fill the sessions satisfactorily.
Since then I've been working with the tutor for this group on a regular basis and have modeled for almost twenty sessions. Fortunately t here 's been some change in the artists attending over that time so I have been able to duplicate a number of the poses more or less as I initially performed them or with only minor variation.)
