Overview

PaperHelp.org is a professional , custom writing service offering paper writing services (sorry for sounding like Captain Obvious!) - from essay to admission help and CVs! Although it's like many other sites however, few have such a unique design. It was literary in nature and I was hooked right away. "Their services could be of high quality!", I thought.

As I was writing this review, I was curious about how old the website was, so I went to the web.archive.org tool to check it.

It seems like PaperHelp was first seen in 2001 but started off in 2008 (copyright on the site confirms it).

PaperHelp.org was founded in 2008, and has been for years.

My jaw dropped! Since then, the design has seen a lot of improvement. Here's how modest it looked in 2013:

It now has a new look. It is so easy to use and easy to navigate that it seems like their marketing strategies are very customer-centric. It's a pleasure to calculate your price on the first page.

So I was hoping their Customer Support and writers to be helpful too. Their most important "Reach Your Goals by Using Our Assistance" message tells me many things: if I make an order here I'm able to relax and hope that their specialists will handle the task while I'm busy with other important things in my life. After my first purchase I was sure that I had it right!

They are always current! The website lets you use mobile apps! Android users have it easier than Apple fans like me. The PaperHelp iOS app is not available, but they could be able to relaunch it in the near future.

Regarding pricing, it was to be somewhat confusing. The Calculate price section displays a $12 starting price, but when I headed to the Prices page (it includes a table with prices), there was an option to start at a lower amount - only $10. This is not an error. It took me some time to discover that the price shown here and there has been established for different academic levels and deadlines. The table of pricing is simple to comprehend, even with the complexity. It lists prices for every type of work and deadlines.

The first time I looked, I couldn't determine what was meant by the approximate cost on the front page. Does this mean I need to pay more at a later date? Why is it that the price can rise? While browsing the prices page I discovered that they have several categories for writers as well as additional services (A-stars) which are available to add to my order. They are also priced separately. That's the thing.

PaperHelp is an established company. They offer paper of any kind and also services for all students. Their strong side is writing from scratch, but they also do editing/proofreading, give admission help, create presentations, and... even competitive resumes!

As I've previously mentioned, the site is stunningly created. They have attracted many new clients since their last update. It's a good area to stay.

It has a great picture and is extremely simple to use. You can determine the approximate price once you get to the website, see what's on offer and the issues you can resolve here.

• Helpful support agents available 24 hours a day, online

Support is crucial for me. Their 24/7 working regime becomes even more important when it pertains to assignments I've put off or completely lost track of. If I'm faced with urgent work that needs to be completed, they can easily process the order until midnight. PaperHelp's staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Chat was an excellent way to receive answers to my queries. They also called me numerous times.

• High-quality papers (good English)

A quality paper is "good grammar No plagiarism, a proper layout". My first piece along with every subsequent one was written to these standards. I also could hire the same writer again for all my works. You can add any writer you like to find them quickly.

Foreign students can choose "Simple English" in addition to the standard price, so that the paper will be able to meet the easy level of the language. They work with writers from various English speaking countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).

• On-time delivery

In my opinion respecting deadlines is a must. It is great to know that we share the same mindset with PaperHelp. 11 out 15 order I placed with them were delivered in the timeframe originally that I set. I had time to examine the delivery, and even request a revision (I had to ask for it only twice). Their strength lies in time management!

Cons:

• Not all Support Agents are native speakers.

It's not as simple as it seems, not all managers are native English speaking. On the other hand students from abroad are more likely to be employed in part-time jobs and earn managers.

• iOS app is not working

PaperHelp will be perfect for me because I am an addict to apps. Being notified without having to log into my personal information on the site is an essential feature of the 21 st century. Their app for Apple is not working, to my dismay!

Absolutely, I have never have tried any service without knowing what others think about it. Google has provided me with " [1] paperhelp review s".

Many review pages on various review platforms have different views. They range from "I hate you service, your friends , and your dog" to "Oh my God, I love you to the moon and back!" It's like this even though it's a joke.

I want to say that you cannot rely on each feedback as a telling-the-truth-thing. Firstof all, opinions are generally subjective and cannot be verified unless you actually use the service. Additionally, fake reviews may be found. Based on my research the writing field of academics is very competitive and there are a lot of well-wishers to ruin the reputations of others online.

So, in conclusion, I think that there are a lot of people who have had a negative experience with the website does not mean the site is bad. In the majority of cases, the CAPSLOCK-style comments are the result of an emotional stress that people are prone to drain off!

Overall, PaperHelp is assessed well both on Sitejabber (4.0 stars) and Trustpilot (4.3 stars) which are the most trusted reviews platforms in the eyes of users.

PaperHelp's response to all reviews and complaints was the part I liked the most. They always respond to each negative feedback as well as some positive comments. Reputation management on the internet is definitely their strength!

What's important. The website doesn't guarantee any mark or approximate grade that you may get. The website includes a declaration that says that you are able to only use the paper as an example or template to design your own work. They have a separate policy on this - Fair Use Policy.

Also, I must admit that Terms and Conditions makes the site appear legit. Each policy contains a statement to be able to trust on. Verdict

To summarize I'd like to highlight that the site looks soooo cool, and its usability isn't less pleasant. It seems legit. The pricing is moderate. The cost per page is just $10. This is not cheap if you choose the shorter deadline, but it's still within the budget.

I consider it reliable due to my friend's 1-year experience with ordering from here. My own experience is very positive. There are still some problems which need to be resolved for example "more information on loyalty programs to be made available on the website" and making Support native available for download, I highly recommend it. There is a major plus that they keep their word (despite review of paperhelp.org published online)!
