Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva were today in Baku for a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's special boarding school No12 and Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp of orphanage No1, the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, as well as the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.
